Deployed instances. Many of our implementations remain under strict NDA. The below represents public or obfuscated case studies.
The Challenge: A mid-sized proprietary trading firm was experiencing 2ms delays in their C# based order router due to garbage collection spikes, costing them millions in missed arbitrage opportunities across centralized crypto exchanges.
The Execution: We rewrote their entire network stack in Rust, utilizing DPDK to bypass the Linux kernel netstack entirely. Resulting end-to-end latency dropped from 2ms to 42 microseconds (0.042ms), with completely deterministic performance and zero GC pauses.
The Challenge: A hedge fund was struggling to query 15 years of Options OPRA data. Existing SQL infrastructure caused simple backtesting queries to take over 8 hours to resolve.
The Execution: Designed a massive distributed Kdb+ implementation spanning 40 AWS nodes. Implemented complex data sharding by symbol and timestamp. Backtest query times were reduced from 8 hours to under 12 seconds, enabling quants to iterate on models 100x faster.
